Class Formats
Balanced Flow Level 1
A gently heated, slower-paced flow that builds strength, balance, and confidence in your practice. Expect clear, supportive cueing and the use of props like blocks to help you refine alignment and explore postures safely. Perfect for newer students or anyone wanting a mindful, instructional flow with plenty of breath-to-movement connection.
Balanced Hot
A dynamic, heat-building flow designed to strengthen, energize, and detoxify. This set sequence blends powerful standing postures, balancing poses, and fluid transitions so you can track your progress week after week. Heated to 105 degrees for an invigorating sweat, this class challenges both body and mind while keeping movement intentional and accessible for strong Level 1 and Level 2 practitioners.
Balanced Strength
Build functional strength, endurance, and confidence with our Balanced Strength series—two formats, two ways to train.
HIIT & Strength: A non-yoga, full-body workout using bodyweight and dumbbells. Expect high-intensity intervals, cardio bursts, and strength circuits.
Yoga Sculpt: A dynamic yoga flow enhanced with light-to-moderate weights and targeted toning for a strong, sweaty, feel-good practice.
Whichever you choose, you’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and energized.
Balanced Flow Level 2
A powerful, heat-building flow designed to challenge strength, balance, and stamina. Expect fewer step-by-step cues and more seamless transitions as you move through creative sequences, arm balances, and deeper variations of familiar postures. Ideal for experienced practitioners looking to refine alignment, build endurance, and explore the edges of their practice. Offered both heated (85 degrees) and hot (105 degrees).
Balanced Reset
Unwind and reset with long, supported holds designed to gently open your body and calm your mind. Using bolsters, straps, and blocks, this deeply relaxing restorative practice soothes the nervous system and promotes recovery. It’s perfect for all levels.
Ashtanga Primary Series
A traditional, breath-linked sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. This 1-hour class offers an abbreviated version of the Primary Series, maintaining the structure and flow while modifying or omitting some postures to fit the time frame. Practiced in a non-heated room, it’s ideal for students looking to experience the discipline and meditative rhythm of Ashtanga in a more accessible format.
Chair Yoga
A gentle, supportive practice designed to improve mobility, balance, and strength using the assistance of a chair. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone recovering from injury, this class makes yoga accessible to all bodies while still promoting mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation.
